ORDER

This petition is filed to extend time for complying with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.23213 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2649 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025.

2.Heard, the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted two weeks time to comply with the order dated 03.12.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.23213 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2649 of 2025, failing which, the order of suspension of sentence granted by this Court shall stand vacated, without further reference to the Court and the respondent shall be at liberty to seek for execution of the impugned Judgment before the trial Court.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
