O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct 1st Respondent to furnish the entire land acquisition proceedings of the Petitioner's property situated in Survey No.394/2 measuring 1 Acre 32 Cents in Kandipedu Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District as per the request of the Petitioner dated 22.01.2022.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father J.Krishna Reddy purchased a property situated in Survey No.394/1A, 394/1C and 394/2 in Katpadi Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District by way of a registered Sale deed on 28.08.1969 from N.Pazhani Chetty on the file of SRO Joint Sub-Registrar Katpadi Document No.2409 of 1969. The petitioner has made a request to the 1st respondent to furnish the entire land acquisition proceedings pertaining to his property situated in the said Survey No.394/2 measuring 1 Acre 32 cents. However, till date no action was taken. Hence, this present petition is filed.

3.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2022 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court. 4.The Additional Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2022 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is

accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
