PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent herein from insisting the petitioner to replace the existing vehicle bearing registration No.TN-28-P-9715 articulate vehicle by another vehicle within 15 years model till 09.08.2010 i.e., till the validity of the existing authorisation.
