2. Today, the victim girl is produced before this Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's husband has two wives, the petitioner is the second wife and the victim had misunderstanding with her mother and she had gone to her half sister's house in Erode and she is staying there. Page Nos.2/4

4. On the information from the police, the victim appeared before this Court and submitted that she has not faced any illegal detention. The petitioner's husband, who is present before this Court also confirms the same.
