Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his Proceedings O.Mu.No.3675/M/E-3/2014 dated 20.01.2014 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent herein to change the petitioner's date of birth as 12.09.1976 instead of 01.02.1975 in the educational certificates.
