This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 25.07.2022 in Crl.A.No.447/2022 to appear before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., except on the hearing dates of the present case.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the above condition, without fail from 31.08.2022 to till date and hence, prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
