ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation/objection dated 19.1.2019 within a reasonable time.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's land is comprised in Survey No.245/2 to an extent of 0.36.0 hectares in Senkattu Thottam, Ramanathapuram Village, Avinashi Taluk along with a tamarind tree. The petitioner has been paying only 'B' memo charges to the Government. That shows that the petitioner is the owner.

3. But this Court is not able to find any justification for the petitioner to come to this Court. When the petitioner is not able to prove his ownership or title to the land in Survey No.245/2 to an extent of 0.36.0 hectares, simply on the basis of the 'B' memo, the petitioner cannot claim any title or ownership to the property. Therefore, the writ petition fails and it is dismissed. No costs.
