ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been referred to the District Mediation Centre, ADR Building, Combined Court Campus, Namakkal. by order of this court dated 02.02.2026. He further submitted that the parties appeared before the Mediator on 16.03.2026 and the mediation was successfully completed.

2. In this regard, a report dated 21.05.2026 was submitted before this court and it is stated that the mediation completed and agreement enclosed. Thus, the parties are bound by the terms and conditions as laid down by the agreement dated 16.03.2026. He further submitted that this Revision Case may be disposed of with a direction to the parties that they shall be abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement dated 16.03.2026.

3. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusal of the mediation report and the agreement dated 16.03.2026, this Revision Case is finally disposed of with a direction to the parties that they shall abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement dated 16.03.2026. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
