A perusal of the compliance report of the respondent/contemnor, dated 08.02.2021, would disclose among other things that the order under Section 14(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, came to be passed on 17.12.2014, and physical possession of the Assets has also been taken on 07.10.2015. In the light of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed.
