This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30875 of 2022 on 20.12.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the final report has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
