Mr.R.Sathish Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, would submit that, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, as the lorry which was detained by the respondent authorities has been since released, recording the same, this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous, he contended.
