Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certioararified Mandamus, to call for the records in G.O.Ms.No.415, dated 09.11.1998 issued by the first respondent herein and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to improve the slum area covered by G.O.Ms.No.415 dated 09.11.1998, including providing all amenities like shelter, water, sewage and electricity.
