This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioners school management Mangaiyarkarasi Government aided Primary School situated at Sundhareshapuram, Venmankondan Post, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District based on the petitioner representation dated 06.03.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit one Desingurajan and some others entered into school premises and remove the tiles of the school building in order to demolish the building with an intension the capture the land belongs to the school. Therefore, he requested this Court to provide appropriate police protection to the petitioner's school management Mangaiyarkarasi Government Aided Primary School. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that respondent/Police cannot give police protection in a case of this nature.

4.Heard Mr.M.Rajendiran, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant police protection to the petitioner's school management Mangaiyarkarasi Government Aided Primary School.

6. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
