PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to change the investigation to any other competent investigation agency who will not be influenced by any highly placed politicians, goons, Police and Government officials to register and investigate the case further and submit a final report within a time frame. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to change the investigation to any other competent investigation agency who will not be influenced by any highly placed politicians, goons, Police and Government officials to register and investigate the case further and submit a final report within a time frame.

On perusal of the writ petition, it has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to change the investigation on the complaint given by the petitioner to any other competent investigation agency.
Admittedly, the petitioner has lodged so many complaints, but no one has been registered till today. Therefore, before registering a complaint, there is no question of changing the investigation. Therefore, the petition is devoid of merits, and this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the competent authority.

With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
