O R D E R

Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to dispose the statutory appeal dated 26.10.2021, submitted by the petitioner herein, pending before the first respondent herein within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them is not necessary and this Writ Petition is disposed of based on the available materials.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had already intimated vide registration letter 08.09.2021 to the respondents 3 and 4 to revoke the Power of Attorney document duly registered vide Doc.No.2935/2019 dated 16.12.2019, before the second respondent. But the second respondent issued order dated 27.09.2021 by rejecting the application dated 27.09.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner made an appeal before the first respondent on 26.10.2021. However, till date no orders have been passed on the said Appeal by the first respondent. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 2/4

4.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 26.10.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court. 5.The learned Special Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 26.10.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the 3rd and 4th respondents, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
