O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, though a Writ of Mandamus sought for to consider him for the promotion to the post of Junior Engineer (Mechanic) with effect from November 2009, subsequently, though belatedly, he was considered and promoted to the said post in the year 2009. In view of the said promotion, subsequently given, virtually, nothing survives in the prayer sought for herein. Therefore, recording the same, he wants disposal of the said Writ Petition.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
