ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent herein to issue the Patta in the name of the petitioner within the stipulate period as fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.T.Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. In view of the limited relief sought for in this petition and on the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in Survey No.152/10, Plot No.18, measuring an extent of 1988 sq.ft. bearing Old Patta No.2588. The petitioner acquired the above said property by a registered Sale Deed dated 27.10.2021, before the SRO, Pammal.
