The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has given a letter to the Registry in that regard and also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"Petitioner respectfully submit that the Lower Court counsel informed that matter is settled. Hence, Crl.O.P., may be withdrawn."

In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
