O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Communication/ notice dated 04.10.2004 issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Conciliation)-III, Coimbatore, the first respondent herein.

2. It is seen from the case bundle that in the year 2009, this Court has given time to the petitioner to pay fresh batta. Inspite of the same, the petitioner has not taken any steps to pay batta. Thereafter in the year 2018, another opportunity was given to the petitioner to pay fresh batta. Even then, the petitioner has not complied with the same till date. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is left with no option except to dismiss the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
