This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure and produce the detenu Ramamurthi son of Jayavelu, male, aged about 32 years before this Court.

2. It is seen from records that a man missing complaint is pending before the respondent Police in Cr.No.24 of 2019.

3. The respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
