ORDER

This writ petition is heard through Video-Conferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.13856/2013/Ee1 dated 27.06.2013 issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the first respondent. It is now represented that the third respondent had been successful in auction and completed the task of cutting trees. The challenge to the same by the petitioner upto Supreme Court had failed. It is now stated that in view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
