This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to dispose of the representation, wherein and whereby, the petitioner seeks for reclassification of the subject matter land.

2. According to the petitioner the present classification of the subject matter land as Mandapam promboke is not factually correct. On the other hand, it is to be reclassified as Garuda Mandapam.

3. This Court is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the respondent to consider and decide. Since it is stated that the said representation sent by the petitioner is pending from 27.01.2014, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
