When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was re-instated in service with all consequential benefits and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
