PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.Y.10-6947205 dated 6.5.2008 and quash the same and allow the petitioner for service benefits along with other beneficiaries as per proceedings Na.Ka.Y.10.67457/96 dated 31.12.1996 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to pay all the attendant benefits, increments, gratuity and pension, taking service from 9.10.1971.
