When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that since the petitioner now is aged about 56 years, which is over and above the age limit of 35 years, hence, the prayer in the writ petition seeking compassionate appointment has become infructuous.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
