Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2009 relating to the exclusion of selected candidates whose results were withheld and possessing Post Graduate Degree without obtaining a first degree in the light of the judgment passed by the Honourable Supreme Court reported in 2009 (4) SCC Page No.590, within any stipulated period of time.
