ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the case pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.14 of 2015 to any other agency.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition to transfer the Crime No.14 of 2015 to any other agency. The crime is of the year 2015. Now, almost three years have been lapsed after filing this petition and hence, due to the lapse of period, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already filed.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
