The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought clarification in the paragraph No.6(c) of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No.6(c) of order dated 06.02.2024 is to be read as follows:
"The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Crime No.17 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram and on such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram, may hand over the said amount to the defacto complainant. If the defacto complainant does not receive the same, the amount may be deposited to a Fixed Deposit in any one of the Nationalised banks, and pass final orders on completion of trial."
4.All other conditions imposed by this Court will remain intact. 1/3
5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 06.02.2024 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 15.02.2024 ata Note : Issue order copy on 15.02.2024.
