C.M.P.No.10807 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.12217 of 2023 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to accept the cause title in the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 20.07.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.129 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein and so the petition to accept the cause title is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above appeal.
