Writ Petition under article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 1 to 7 to take necessary action on petitioner representation dated 13.12.2019 by removing the encroachment on the Government Land in S.No.620 & 609 of Denkanikottai Village and to stop unauthorized Poultry Farm in many acres of lands in Survey Nos. 572/1, 573/1, 573/2, 568, 566, 567, 576/2, 563, 569/1, 574/2, 575/2 to prevent water and air pollution and to save Water-body / Timmasandiram Eri in S.No. 452 and to protect the human life, protect farmers lively hood and protect the wild animals and to retain the ecological balance in this eco sensitive area, within the time fixed as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and grant such other relief or relieves as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. (in WP.NO.3096 OF 2020).
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.S.KOTHANDARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.MUTHUKUMAR, STATE GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The learned State Government Pleader seeks an adjournment so as to get instructions in the matter.
2. As prayed, let the petition be listed on 04.3.2022 enabling the State Government Pleader to get an action taken report pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2019.
