This Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to release the property morefully described in the schedule hereunder to the Petitioner herein on receipt of Rs.63,17,451/- together with interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of original payment by Respondents to the Petitioner till date of re-delivery to the Petitioner.
