O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.Nos.81, 82, 83 of 2014 and quash its common award dated 31.05.2018.
2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the matter was amicably settled between the parties and they filed joint memo filed between parties dated 07.04.2025, which reads as follows:
"1.
The workmen have agreed not to press the award and to withdraw the Industrial Dispute(I.D No.81, 82 and 83 of 2014) 2.
The Management agrees to pay the workman a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand) as FULL AND FINAL settlement of all statutory and contractual monetary dues."
3.The joint memo filed between parties dated 07.04.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in 2/4
