O R D E R

This Court passed an order dated 30.09.2011 as follows: "The above matter is listed today i.e., 30.09.2011, under the caption 'Default Cases', for nonhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to pay the payment of batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 21.10.2011, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the writ petition shall stand dismissed, automatically, in so far as the concerned respondent(s) is/are concerned, without further reference to this Court."

2. Admittedly, the said order has not been complied with. The learned counsel for the respondent further says that the issues between the parties were also settled and the writ petition itself is filed against the enquiry notice and by this time the cause would not be existing.

3. Under these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain any further adjudication and accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
