Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the impugned order bearing No.Ku.No.7/2507/S-12 TNSTC/08 dated 19.7.2008 and modified by the first respondent in

proceedings Ku.No.07/2507/S.12 TNSTC/08 (VZ) dated 22.7.2009 reducing the petitioners basic pay and fixed at Rs.5435/- from Rs.9895/- in the scale of pay of Rs.5505-115-6655-120-9055 for a period of 5 years and on restoration of period any reduction will operate to postpone his future increments and quash the same and direct the first respondent to refund the salary reduced to the petitioner from 19.7.2008 with bank interest and fix the pay of the petitioner accordingly as per rules.

This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 04.11.2024 and also on 11.11.2024. On both the occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
