This writ petition has been filed to forbear the 1st respondent from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the enquiry was conducted based on the complaint in C.S.R.No.839 of 2023 and that the same was closed on 04.02.2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the parties will have to agitate their rights only before the Civil Court and that the 1st respondent will not interfere with the dispute. 3.Recording the above, this writ petition is closed.
