This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the second respondent for collecting and demanding https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

loan amount payable by the petitioner.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instruction from the second respondent submitted that already the loan granted to the petitioner's Company has been waived and hence, they are not intended to recover the amount and also produced a copy of the letter sent by the Tahsildar to the Additional Government Pleader, High Court, Chennai.

3. Considering the fact that the loan granted to the petitioner has already been waived and they are also not proposed to recover the loan amount, nothing remains for adjudication in the writ petition.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
