2. Previously, by order dated 22.09.2017, in A.Nos.2405, 3417, 2364 and 3418 of 2017, this Court appointed an independent Engineer for valuing the property. Complying with the said order, the independent Engineer valued the property and filed his Report. Only in the said circumstances, to mark the said Report issued by the independent Engineer, these applications are filed for issuing subpoena.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection for allowing these applications. Hence, these applications are allowed, with a direction to issue subpoena to M/s.Itcot Consultancy and Services Limited, 50-A, Greams Road, Chennai - 600 006, to let in evidence in C.S.No.286 of 2017 and C.S.No.293 of 2017, to appear before the learned Additional Master No.IV on 10.03.2021 for recording evidence.

4. In respect to recording evidence by the learned Additional Master No.IV, time is extended till 15.03.2021.

5. Registry is directed to hand over the subpoena to the learned counsel on record, who filed these applications. sri 17.02.2021 R.PONGIAPPAN, J.
