Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus and calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned orders passed by the first respondent in Lr.No.16279/PC/93/1 dated 09.03.1993 and the consequential order of recovery issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.1609/2004/ME.7 dated 08.09.2004 and confirmed by the first respondent in Lr.No.48997/Pay Cell/2008/2 dated 06.09.2008
and squash the same and direct the fourth respondent to count the service rendered by the petitioners in the cadre of the Health Assistant prior of 01.06.1988 for the purpose of awarding selection grade in the post of Sanitary Inspectors and reimburse the amount recovered from the salary of the petitioners within a reasonable time.
