The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to file the above Criminal Appeal against the order of the acquittal passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Vellore at Thirupathur in Crl.A.No.26 of 2012 dated 12.04.2013.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
