Order : This Miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.N.R.JAYAPRATHAP, Advocate for M/S.A.P.SRINIVAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking for extension of further time of ninety days from today for the compliance of the order passed by this Court made in W.P.No.23905 of 2021 dated 10.11.2021.
2. Heard Mr. ANR.Jayaprathap, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.T.Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, I am of the view that this application has to be ordered. Accordingly, this application is ordered by granting further time of ninety days from today to comply with the order as referred to above.
