... Respondent ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned counsel for the applicant once again seeks time for executing the warrant of commission since, according to him, the vehicle is not traceable. This Court by its earlier order dated 18.03.2025 had made it clear that if the advocate commissioner is unable to locate the vehicle on or before the next hearing date, this application shall stand automatically closed with a liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application as and when the vehicle is located.

2. In view of the same, this application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application, seeking to appoint an advocate commissioner and when such an application being filed before this Court, this Court shall consider retaining the very same advocate commissioner, who was appointed in this application since the applicant has already paid the initial remuneration to the advocate commissioner. 01.04.2025 ab 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
