This petition is filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 27.08.2014 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8732 of 2014 has not been complied with by the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.110 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 109 and 506(i) of IPC on the file of the respondent.

3.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no case has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.02.2014, on the file of the respondent, as submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.It is seen that this Court did not direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 04.02.2014. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondent. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
