PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in TNSE No.5 of 2001, dated 05.10.2003 and quash the same and subsequently directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner with full back wages with 18% interest and all other attended benefits from the date of dismissal, dated 19.06.2001.
