Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of declaration, declaring the amendments issued to Tamil Nadu Agricultural Engineering Service in G.O.Ms.No.431 Agricultural Engineering Department dated 22.10.96 and the appointments of Assistant Engineers made pursuant to the said amendments as illegal, unconstitutional and void and consequently, to direct the respondents to replace such Assistant Engineers appointed pursuant to the said impugned amendments by making appointments of Assistant Engineers by direct recruitment through 3rd respondent.
