Status report filed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the respondent indicates that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on completion of the enquiry, it was found that the petitioner has lodged a false complaint against his wife and submitted enquiry report before the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Vazhappadi on 19.06.2025.

2. Notice sent to the petitioner on 07.07.2025 for his appearance on 11.07.2025. The petitioner appeared before the the learned Magistrate on the said date and it is adjourned to 18.07.2025 for objection and enquiry.
