ORDER

The application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 18.10.2019 made in A.No.5096 of 2019. The learned counsel for the respondent Company submits that the applicants have already settled the dues of the respondent Company and hence the respondent has no objection for the order of attachment dated 18.10.2019 being raised. 2.Recording such submissions and also being satisfied with the no objection certificate issued by the respondent Company dated 06.03.2021 confirming full settlement of the claims of the respondent, the present application can be allowed. Accordingly, the attachment order in A.No.5096 of 2019 dated 18.10.2019 is hereby raised. It is open to the applicants to communicate this order to the Sub Registrar concerned at their costs and the respondent shall also co-operate for the same. 29-01-2025 kp 2/5
