ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to conciliate the dispute raised by the petitioner on 29.10.2004 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
