2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has earlier granted bail in connection with S.C.No.295 of 2025 and appearing before the learned Additional District Judge, Nagerkoil regularly hence, the petitioner is not able to appear before the respondent police in this case and to comply the condition as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.36168 of 2025. The investigation in this case is pending and appearance of the petitioner before the respondent is necessary, this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall seek modification of this condition only in respect of the other case where the petitioner is already appearing. Such modification shall not apply to the present case. The petitioner must continue complying with the condition imposed herein even after obtaining any relaxation in the other case. For that purpose only, this Court grants an extension of time for further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
