Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 6th respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.120 of 2013 dated 04.03.2013 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to continue to pay the selection grade scale of pay of the petitioner in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay 5400, with Notional effect from 01.01.2006 and monetary benefit from 01.01.2011 as fixed with all benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 6th respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.120 of 2013 dated 04.03.2013 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to continue to pay the selection grade scale of pay of the petitioner in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay 5400, with Notional effect from 2/4

01.01.2006 and monetary benefit from 01.01.2011 as fixed with all benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
