When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2014 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact. She further submitted that the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) notice in R.C.S.No.9 of 2015 was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpattu, on 22.09.2015.
